1. After you have installed your TIES software, open Eudora. If you are asked to enter a password, click Cancel.
2. As soon as you have Eudora open, click on the Special menu, then select Configuration. You should a window like the one shown shown below:

POP Account: Enter yourloginname@pop3.ties2.net 
Real Name: Enter your name
SMTP Server: Type mail.ties2.net
Return Address: Enter yourloginname@ties2.net

3. Click OK.
4. You should now be able to send and receive mail using your TIES account.
