1.  Open Outlook Express.
2.  Select Tools, Accounts, and click on New.
3. Choose "Pop" and click OK.
4. Type in the following information, where needed:

Name:  your given name
E-mail address:  your TIES e-mail address from the front page of your instructions or the inside of your CD mailer
Account ID: your login name from the front page of your instructions or the inside of your CD mailer
POP server: pop3.ties2.net 
Save password:  Check the box next to Save password.  Enter your password from the front page of your instructions or the inside of your CD mailer.
SMTP server: mail.ties2.net

5. Click OK and close the Accounts window.
