Upgrading to DSL 

An Internet connection through DSL is about 10 times faster than dial-up. DSL works over your phone line.

To upgrade from dial-up to DSL 
1.Contact TIES Internet Help Line at 651-999-6250 to confirm DSL service is available in your area, and to set up your TIES DSL account.

Charges for DSL
1. A TIES DSL account starts at $180 a year plus a one-time $20 setup fee. This is in addition to a "carrier fee" of $20 to $30, depending on the level of service you choose, that will be coordinated with TIES. 
2. When you upgrade to DSL service, TIES will prorate the balance of your dial-up account and apply it to your new DSL account.
